UsefulIndicators (usefulindicators.com) builds and sells software tools for NinjaTrader 8. We are based in Norway. Payment and checkout are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which means they are the seller of record for the transaction and handle payment processing, VAT, and sales tax. We don't lock our products down with licence keys because we trust customers to hold up their end. If that trust is abused, the licence is revoked: access to updates and support ends, without refund, and serious cases (such as posting files publicly) will be pursued.
Paid products can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email support@usefulindicators.com with your order number, or use the receipt from Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are processed promptly — typically back on your card within 1–2 business days.
We honor every good-faith refund without questions. We do reserve the right to decline refunds where there is a clear pattern of abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding products.
Our products are software: tools that display and organize market information on your charts, and strategy products that execute a fixed set of mechanical rules. None of it is financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, and no performance of any product is guaranteed. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance — real or simulated — is not indicative of future results. Every product goes through a heavy audit process before release, and we fix verified bugs free of charge. Still, software is provided "as is" — we cannot guarantee it is free of defects or that it fits your specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or other indirect damages arising from the use of our tools.
We may update, improve, or retire products over time. If a product is retired, copies you already own keep working — retirement only means no further updates are developed for it.
