Any paid, off-the-shelf product (indicators, add-ons, strategies, courses) can be refunded within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason. You don't need to justify the request. Free products have nothing to refund.
You'll get a confirmation reply within 24 hours. The refund is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, and typically lands back on your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
A refund ends your licence to the product. Access to updates and support stops, and you agree to remove the software from your machines. The product can't be kept, shared, or used after the purchase is reversed.
We honor every good-faith refund without questions. In return, we reserve the right to decline refunds where there is a clear pattern of abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding products, as set out in the Terms & Licence.
Commissioned custom work follows its own refund terms, agreed before work starts: full refund of any deposit before development begins, a proportional refund during development, and after delivery a refund only if the build doesn't match the agreed specification. The 14-day policy above does not apply to custom work. Details are on the Support page under custom builds.
