Who we are

UsefulIndicators (usefulindicators.com) builds and sells indicators, add-ons, and tools for NinjaTrader 8. We are based in Norway. For anything related to your data, email support@usefulindicators.com — a real person reads it and replies.

When you browse this site

We run no analytics and no tracking cookies. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no ad trackers, no fingerprinting. We genuinely don't know who you are when you browse here, and we like it that way.

Two technical notes for completeness:

• The price ticker at the top of the site saves recent futures prices in your own browser so it loads instantly on your next visit. That data describes the market, not you, and it never leaves your device.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes visitor IP addresses in server logs to deliver pages and block attacks, and may set strictly-necessary security cookies. We don't access or use these logs to identify visitors. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you buy something

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. They process your payment details — we never see your card number. What we receive is your name, email address, and what you bought. We use that to deliver your product, send you free updates, and help you if something breaks. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.

We keep purchase records for as long as we support the product (updates are free forever, so we need to know who to send them to) and as long as bookkeeping law requires.

When you fill in a form

Forms on this site (the "notify me at launch" box and the custom-build quote form) are delivered by Formspree, a US form service, straight to our inbox. We use what you send to do the thing you asked for — notify you once, or answer your quote request. You will not be added to any marketing list. See Formspree's privacy policy.

When you email us

We keep support conversations so we have context if you write again. If you want a conversation deleted, say so and it's gone.

Our indicators and your trading data

Our products run entirely inside NinjaTrader 8 on your machine. They do not phone home, do not collect telemetry, and have no access to your trading account, positions, or P&L from our side. The one exception is functional: tools that display external data (for example, news events) fetch that data from its source — they send nothing about you anywhere.

Every third party this site touches

• Cloudflare — hosts the site and the price feed for the ticker.
• Lemon Squeezy — processes payments as merchant of record.
• Formspree — delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• YouTube — pages with product videos load thumbnail images from YouTube's servers. The video player itself only connects to YouTube if you press play, and uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (no viewing-history cookies).
• jsDelivr — a content network that serves a few small graphics on product pages.

That's the complete list. Fonts, styling, and scripts are served from our own site — your visit here is not reported to Google or anyone else.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@usefulindicators.com and we'll handle it within 30 days — usually much faster, since for most visitors the answer is "we hold nothing." If you believe we've mishandled your data, you have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or your local supervisory authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with an updated date. We won't quietly weaken it.
